B2C

This role is within B2C (Business to Consumer), one of Tele2’s key business units, responsible for our consumer brands Tele2 and Comviq. B2C covers a wide range of areas, including digitalization, commercial strategies, marketing, sales, customer service and advanced analytics. Guided by our brand promise, You are number 1. About The Job

As a Fullstack Developer in Tele2’s Digital B2C unit, you will play a key role in evolving our digital sales and self-service platforms. Your primary focus will be on building and optimizing our online sales journeys, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences.

You’ll work in a cross-functional setup together with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, content specialists, and analysts, while collaborating closely with other development teams to ensure best practices and long-term scalability through robust architecture.

You will:

• Build and improve customer-facing e-commerce journeys with a strong focus on conversion and performance
• Develop modern frontend applications and integrate them with backend services
• Design APIs and services supporting digital sales flows
• Contribute to architectural decisions across frontend and backend
• Work with micro-frontend architecture and reusable design system components
• Collaborate cross-functionally from idea to production
• Ensure high quality through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Actively leverage LLMs in your day-to-day work to increase development efficiency and quality
• Help identify, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions where they create real business and customer value
  
  
  

Who are you?

To thrive and succeed in this role we believe that you:

• Have solid experience as a Fullstack Developer working across frontend and backend
• Are strong in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with a good understanding of modern frontend architecture
• Have experience working with design systems and component-driven development
• Have experience building scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Are comfortable working in cross-functional product and development teams
• Have experience building and maintaining APIs and working with event-driven systems
• Understand performance, scalability, and maintainability in digital products
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Micro-frontends and Astro
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure)
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Experience in large-scale digital commerce or customer platforms
• Familiarity with Vanilla Extract or similar styling approaches
