Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and accessible user experiences for complex, multi-module applications. The role involves UX research, UI design, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality UI interfaces in Figma aligned with the company’s design system and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, heuristic and accessibility audits.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs based on research insights.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Maintain design consistency and usability across multiple modules.
  • Use AI-driven design tools and Figma Make to improve design efficiency and workflows.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in UX/UI design for complex applications
  • Advanced Figma skills (design systems, prototyping)
  • Experience with UX research methods (qualitative & quantitative)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Compliance with data privacy, security, and company design standards
  • All design assets must remain within approved company platforms
