This position is based in Paris with a 2 months contract to start with. We are also open to permanent contracts.

Role
We are looking for a talented Senior iOS Engineer who will be fully focused on improving the ads experience within BeReal.
The goals are to maximize ad revenues while ensuring that we provide the best experience to our users in terms of ad exposure.
- Iterating on ad rendering and ad frequency.
- Integrating SDK of ad networks and other ad partners to make sure we have the best supply.
- Implement, deploy, and maintain highly-scalable iOS features for a social app used by millions of users.
- Analyze and understand user needs.
- Design and challenge new features in partnership with designers and data analysts.
- Assess the technical, user, and business impact of features you ship.
- Contribute to best practices in the tech team and especially in the mobile team.
- Contribute to innovation in the iOS stack (Swift, SwiftUI).
- iOS: Swift, Combine, SwiftUI, Cocoapods.
- Ops: Github, CircleCI.
- Android: Compose.
- Backend: Node.js, Fastify, Socket.io, Firebase.
- Database: MongoDB, Redis.
- Infrastructure: Cloud Run, Cloud functions, Bucket, S3, CloudFront.
- Data: Amplitude, Tableau.
- Excellent iOS programming skills (5+ years experience).
- Strong knowledge in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
- SwiftUI concrete projects and proven experience.
- iOS architecture app skills.
- Product mindset with a strong passion for clean interfaces, smooth animations, and interactions.
- Interest for analytics and data-first mindset.
- You’re highly driven, autonomous, and results oriented.
- Be fluent in French and English
