Iteration Manager

Your Role

Joining Retail Insurance Australia’s Digital Experience team, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of the strategic transformation of the Claims business at IAG.

Supporting the Product Owner and Squad, your unique contribution is through your resourceful facilitation of agile practices and rituals, management of a squad within an iteration, and development of a comprehensive backlog. Your effective planning and optimisation of the team efficiencies will ensure that they are delivering to the business expectations and objectives.

This is a 12-24 month fixed term contract based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).

About You

• Solid years of proven and demonstrable Iteration Management experience working as an Iteration Manager / Scrum Master within Agile teams
• Experience in delivering projects in Digital, Mobile and Web applications
• Demonstrated solid understanding of business needs and customer focus beyond the technical/technology aspects
• Well-versed with Agile ways of working including Agile estimation and driving delivery in a multi-vendor environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to easily develop new relationships with suppliers and colleagues and to influence senior leadership
