Experience playing the Scrum Master role (or a similar role) for at least two years for a software development team

Must Haves

• Scrum & Agile Expertise
• Servant Leadership & Facilitation
• Experience in medical device development or regulated healthcare/medical software environments (including documentation).
• Conflict Resolution & Situational Awareness
• Agile Metrics & Process Improvement
• Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: Epics, User Stories, Backlog Tracking, Burndown Metrics, Velocity, Task Definition, etc.
