Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope. This role involves planning, executing, and closing initiatives while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project or Jira.
- Assemble and lead project teams, delegate tasks, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Manage budgets, track costs, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication, resolve issues, and provide regular status reports to executives.
- Ensure quality assurance, change management, and successful project closure with evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- 3+ years of project management experience across industries.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with agile/hybrid methodologies or industry-specific tools (e.g., construction software).
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects under tight deadlines.
