Daftcode is a technology group driven by an analytical approach to business. As a venture builder, it creates, scales and invests in startups in such areas as: Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security and Blockchain, among others. The company offers its startups tech and business support, which facilitates market launch and growth of new companies. Daftcode works with individual startup founders, early-stage projects and existing startups looking for financing rounds or support in commercialization and business scaling.

We offer a service contract (UZ) or employment contract (UoP) or B2B contract with a salary range of 7,500 - 9,500 gross/net PLN, depending on your experience.

We are working in a hybrid model from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. However, we have the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

This position may require occasional business trips to conferences in Poland and abroad.

Scope

  • Own the client onboarding process from start to finish, including documentation review, account setup, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Understanding the complexity of the products and ensuring compliant merchant onboarding in line with the requirements.
  • Working closely with other teams (e.g., sales, tech, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Preparing & adjusting contracts for merchants.
  • Ensure that the processes agreed with the Director of Operations are reflected internally.
  • Ensure data integrity, documentation management, and reporting within the company systems
  • Ensure risk mitigation during the onboarding process

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (customer support/account management)
