We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join us for an initial 3 month contract.
 
Duties & Requirements:

• Set up and coordinate agile development sprints for bespoke development enhancements to the ePEF application through the full software development lifecycle
• Facilitate collaboration with the development team, other project members and stakeholders to effectively deliver project scope
• Lead initial Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with Project Team to create and prioritise product and sprint backlogs.
• Refine the existing set of requirements as user stories
• Analyse issues and work with the project team
• Provide leadership in the analysis of ICT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate resolutions and improvements
• Agile Scrum principals and practices essential
