  • Hands on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN(DC & Ent), WAN and WLAN environment.
  • Knowledge of server Load balancer (F5/ Citrix /cisco)
  • Knowledge of SDWAN(viptela/Silverpeak/Velo Cloud/Meraki etc)
  • Knowledge of Aruba/Cisco/Meraki- Wireless
  • Knowledge of MPLS, DMVPN and QOS .
  • Knowledge of DHCP, DNS & IPAM.
  • knowledge /troubleshoot on IPsec, VPNs, GRE , NAT/PAT over various platform
  • Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & ISIS).
  • Technical expertise with Switching (VLAN, Trunking , Dot1.X, Various flavors of STP, HSRP,VRRP, VTP).
  • Remote management and monitoring of Network operations
  • 24x7 NOC support to large global client that have distributed DC, LAN, WAN & WLAN setup.
  • Level 1 and Level 2 support for incident /change management ticket resolution.
  • Planning and perform upgrade of network devices
  • Work with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems.
