Job Responsibilities

Über die Rolle:

Diese Position ist verantwortlich für die Produktisierung intern entwickelter AI-Software‑Prototypen. Sie kombiniert Expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, Machine Learning sowie Full-Stack-Entwicklung (Backend, Frontend, UX/UI), um benutzerfreundliche und skalierbare Anwendungen sicherzustellen. In Ihrer Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen, definieren Tool‑Funktionen, präsentieren Lösungen, sammeln Feedback und verbessern kontinuierlich das Produkterlebnis. Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie F&E‑Teams bei Technologie‑Evaluierungen, wissenschaftlicher Analyse, Anwendungsbewertung, Herstellbarkeit sowie Markt‑ und Kostenbetrachtung.

Hauptaufgaben

• Weiterentwicklung unserer AI-Prototypen in produktionsreife Anwendungen hinsichtlich Skalierbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und Benutzerakzeptanz.
• Mitentwicklung von ML/GenAI-Lösungen auf Basis von Large (Multi-modal) Language Models, Prompt Engineering und Agentic Learning.
• Sicherstellung der Skalierbarkeit unserer Anwendungen durch Mitgestaltung einer angemessenen Software- und Cloud- Architektur.
• Entwicklung robuster Backend-Systeme einschließlich APIs, Datenbanken, Microservices und serverseitiger Logik.
• Entwurf von Cloud-Infrastruktur- und Hosting-Lösungen für zuverlässige und skalierbare Bereitstellung von AI-Anwendungen durch Auswahl geeigneter Cloud-Services (auf Azure & AWS).
• Entwicklung von Integrationsstrategien und CI/CD-Pipelines.
• Design intuitiver Frontend-Schnittstellen und UX/UI-Workflows unter Verwendung moderner Frameworks, die komplexe AI-Funktionalitäten für unsere Endanwender bereitstellen.
• Unterstützung im Ideationsprozess durch Identifikation technologischer Lücken, um künftige F&E‑Aktivitäten zu leiten.
• Bewertung von Technologien gemäß wissenschaftlichen und technischen Prinzipien, Unternehmensstandards, Kundenanforderungen und relevanten Spezifikationen.
• Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Reisen.
  
  

Wonach Wir Suchen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in SW‑ & ML / GenAI / AI‑bezogener Industrie
• Master‑ oder höherer Abschluss in Künstliche Intelligenz, Informatik
• Erfahrung bei Automotive OEM oder Tier‑1 bevorzugt
• Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Full-Stack Development und UI/UX Design (Python & FastAPI, PostreSQL, MongoDB, Convex, React, Next.js, Figma, ...).
• Praktische Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines und Containerisierung mit Docker für automatisierte Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse.
• Erfahrung im Bereich Cloud Deployment (Azure, AWS, Terraform,..).
• Grundlagen in GenAI & Agentic AI‑Prinzipien (RAG, MCP, ...).
• Professionelle Entwicklungsworkflows unter Verwendung von CLIs (Terminal/Bash/PowerShell), Versionskontrollsystemen (Git), kollaborativen Plattformen (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket), Code-Review-Prozessen, Branch-Management-Strategien.
