Senior Project Manager

Are you a Senior Project Manager looking to step in and take ownership and drive outcomes across multiple infrastructure projects? This role suits a confident Senior PM who isn’t afraid to lead from the front, set direction, and keep stakeholders aligned—without letting the client dictate the program.
What matters is proven capability to build projects and run projects end-to-end, keep momentum, and deliver.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading delivery across multiple projects simultaneously (approx. 3-4 projects)
• Taking control of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and key milestones
• Managing contractors/suppliers and coordinating site + office activity
• Being the “go-to” delivery lead—escalating early, solving problems fast, and keeping things moving

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated track record delivering projects (construction/infrastructure/industrial or similar—industry not critical)

What is critical?

• Assertive, decisive leadership style—comfortable taking charge and holding people to account
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to push back professionally when required
• Organised, action-oriented, and focused on getting things done

• $160,000 – $210,000 + Super + Car (Car/allowance negotiable as part of the package)
• Flexible working: office + site with remote considered for a proven high performers
