Job Title: Graphic Designer (Short-Term Contract)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer for a short-term, part-time engagement to support the development and enhancement of high-quality presentations. This role will focus primarily on creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that align with established brand standards while effectively communicating complex information in a clear and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance visually impactful PowerPoint presentations that align with Oxford’s brand guidelines and visual standards.

• Apply existing templates and corporate branding consistently across all presentation materials while keeping visuals engaging and modern.

• Edit and refine existing presentations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and strong visual storytelling.

• Translate complex data, concepts, and ideas into clear, compelling visual formats that are easy for audiences to understand.

• Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions to continuously improve presentation quality and effectiveness.

• Ensure all materials maintain a high level of visual consistency and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of presentation design best practices.

• Cross-platform design experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Proven ability to transform complex information into clear and engaging visual content.

• Strong understanding of branding and working within established brand guidelines.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.

• Experience supporting corporate presentations or executive-level materials.

• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency in a fast-paced environment.
