Product Manager

Are you passionate about designing and developing innovative insurance products and driving market success? We are seeking a talented Product Manager to take on the responsibility of insurance products, with a focus on Travel assistance, Travel insurance, Home, Moto, and Health risks in key markets like Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new insurance products, including pricing, terms & conditions, IPID, POG documentation, and policy forms
• Monitor market trends and benchmark with competitors to drive product innovation
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and solution-driven approach
• Ensure compliance with AXA Group internal control standards and underwriting guidelines
• Support Sales and E-commerce Department in negotiations during renewals and tenders
• Identify and analyze possible risks and develop necessary mitigation options
• Actively participate in implementing new businesses and ensuring main processes are covered from A-Z
  
  

Your Profile

Requirements

• Profound Basic knowledge of travel insurance and partial knowledge of other P&C risks welcome, ideally in insurance/assistance company
• General knowledge of product and risk management
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong result orientation, and self-motivation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Very good command of English, native Polish
