Job Description

As a Network Administrator N2, you will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our clients' network infrastructures. You will primarily work in Fortinet and F5 environments, ensuring the performance, security, and availability of systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain network infrastructures (configure, administer, and maintain network equipment, monitor network performance, and perform updates, security patches, and equipment upgrades).
Implement and monitor security policies on Fortinet equipment.
Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents reported by N1 support.
Participate in network migration, integration, or expansion projects.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and interventions.
Produce regular reports on the state of infrastructures and actions taken.
Establish procedures for the N1 support teams.

Qualifications

Desired Profile:

Good command of French and English – B2/C1 level.
Advanced expertise in Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager).
In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
Familiarity with virtualized environments (VMware).
Analytical skills and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
