Product Manager – DevSecOps Platform

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and service delivery of a unified DevSecOps platform. This role involves transforming existing tools into a coherent service offering, driving delivery within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the European Commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the roadmap and delivery of the DevSecOps platform as a service.
• Define and prioritize work packages aligned with customer needs and SAFe methodology.
• Deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) by mid-2025.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve service quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product/service management, with a focus on DevOps and cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Agile, and DevOps methodologies (certifications are a plus).
• Proven experience in service delivery and stakeholder management.
• EU citizenship and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
