What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant departments
- +10 years of sales and business development experience in Software / Information Technology domain, high quality consumer facing web and/or mobile applications
- Ability to identify, pursue, and close complex sales opportunities effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with C-level clients, cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Proven capability to influence stakeholders and persuade clients to make decisions that align with business goals, using compelling communication strategies
- Deep understanding of business operations and strategies of clients in different sectors
- Skilled in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys and long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience across all touchpoints
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle; project management process including estimation, planning, risk management and Agile practices
- Ability to quickly learn and unlearn
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines with high-quality output
- Strong problem solving and critical and analytical thinking skills
What you’ll do:
We are looking for a Head of Business Development who will be responsible for:
- Defining and leading sales and business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, identifying new markets/regions and sales channels, and executing accordingly
- Leading the development and implementation of strategic account management principles, creating programs to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Managing and growing key strategic client relationships, conducting high-level client meetings and presentations
- Preparing and managing all proposals; leading the negotiation process and closing strategic deals
- Monitoring sales performance with advanced sales analytics and forecast reports, ensuring alignment with growth targets
- Executing strategic market research and analysis; analyzing new local and global market trends
- Leading efforts to turn customer feedback into innovative products for strategic service development
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and long-term client partnerships
