Job Overview

We are building a next-generation data platform that enables secure, compliant exchange of real-estate listing data across markets, institutions, and technology partners. The product sits at the intersection of data platforms, marketplaces, and enterprise SaaS, with a clear focus on scale and commercialization.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product’s evolution from a strong technical foundation into a scalable, revenue-generating platform. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable with complex data products and commercial product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap with a clear focus on commercialization, adoption, and long-term growth
• Translate platform capabilities into clear value propositions for different customer segments (e.g. marketplaces, broker networks, associations, enterprises, data consumers)
• Lead product development for a data-heavy, standards-driven platform (APIs, schemas, interoperability, governance)
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to evolve the platform in a scalable, secure, and extensible way
• Work closely with business partnerships, and sales teams to support enterprise deals, partnerships, and pilots
• Support go-to-market efforts with clear product narratives, demos, and positioning
• Write clear PRDs and decision documents that align stakeholders across tech, legal, compliance, and business teams
• Use data and qualitative insights to guide decisions and measure success

Required Experience & Skills

• 6 – 8 years of experience in digital product management with proven experience managing complex B2B platforms, data marketplaces, or high-compliance enterprise SaaS.
• A demonstrated track record of taking a product from a discovery to a commercial growth stage.
• Comfort working with APIs, data models, integrations, and technical constraints
• Experience working with regulated or policy-driven environments is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with real estate data standards (RESO), mortgage/financial data, or large-scale AdTech exchanges is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of two-sided markets, liquidity, and the economics of data exchange.
• Exposure to multi-market or cross-border products
