Incharge Proposals / Estimation (Kuwait)

Mandatory Experience & Competencies:

• Proven experience in Proposal / Tendering roles within EPC & Shutdowns projects in Kuwait
• Hands-on regional proposal experience in Kuwait and/or Iraq
• Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical & Industrial Shutdown proposals
• Capability to independently handle end-to-end EPC & Shutdown proposal lifecycle

Experience in:

• Technical & commercial bid preparation
• Shutdown scope understanding, man-hour estimation & costing
• Pre-qualification documents and tender submissions
• Coordination with Engineering, Estimation, Planning & Commercial teams
