We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and grow the exciting EV industry together.



As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for our public, commercial, and residential charging stations. ​

You will collaborate and interact daily with stakeholders in R&D, Sales, Finance, Operations and Communications departments. ​

You will manage the entire lifecycle of hardware products from conception to end-of-life, including conducting market research, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, developing launch plans, and so much more. ​

Your primary responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to: ​


·       Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and translate them into actionable initiatives.​

·       Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement, translate them to actionable initiatives.​

·       Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive hardware and software product strategy aligned with EC's business objectives and market needs.​

·       New Product Development: Coordinate cross-functional engineering, design, marketing, sales, and finance teams to translate customer needs and market trends into innovative hardware and software solutions. Be able to steer decision-making without directly managing teams.​

·       Launch plans: You will be the key person in charge of overall product roadmap, but also specific timelines and launch plans.​

·       Post-launch product performance data (sales, usage, support tickets): identify opportunities for optimization, including cost reduction.​


Success in your role translates into a solid, fit-for-purpose, and commercially successful product range. 


Requirements​:


·       MSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

·       Experience in hardware product management, preferably in the automotive, electronics, or renewable energy industries.

·       Entrepreneurial, customer-centric attitude, ability to adapt to different situations and solve complex challenges.

·       Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and financial modeling.

·       Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (both in English and Lithuanian) with the ability to explain data and findings and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·       High sense of responsibility and ownership ​with proven track record of prioritizing effectively and capacity to handle shifting priorities.
