Product Team Lead

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Coordinate and support the Product Specialists team: assign tasks, track progress, and ensure high performance.
• Own product categories and ensure their commercial success.
• Negotiate with, and onboard new partners; maintain strong partner relationships.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses; adapt product offers and pricing to market trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Customer Service, Content, and Design teams.
• Identify and implement systems and tools improvements.
• Lead the technical development of Reservation system, track and grow its results.
• Translate Product department requirements into clear, actionable IT specifications that development teams can execute effectively.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in r product-led environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor teams.
• Project management experience
• Proven ability to analyze sales results and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics/monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken) at B2 level or higher.
• Basic code understanding, HTML basics, being comfortable communicating in tech terms would be an advantage.

Monthly gross salary: starting from €3,500, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
