The Growth Engineering Team plays a vital role in expanding Reddit’s reach in the US and international markets by developing features that convert, onboard, and retain users.

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our Growth team. This is a contract position, where you will collaborate with Senior and Staff Engineers to design, implement, and maintain features planned for release in 2025.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable systems to drive user growth across diverse markets.
Develop both the front-end and back-end of applications that integrate with core user flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of features.

Requirements

5+ years of industry experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages, such as Python, Java, or Go.
Experience working with modern web development frameworks like React, Angular, or WebComponents.
Must have at least 5 hours of daily overlap with US time zones.

Bonus Points

Experience building distributed, high-scale services.
Familiarity with Redis or similar storage systems.
Knowledge of GraphQL.

Work Schedule

Flexibility to work in alignment with US working hours is required.
