Lead Data Scientist

Job Purpose:

Combining computer science, statistics and mathematics, a Data Scientist analyzes and models data to create actionable plans for all stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

• MSc or PhD in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, physics (or similar quantitative field)
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role or similar roles
• Strong ability to process large amounts data from different data sources (SQL, No-SQL, Big Data)
• Strong knowledge of applied mathematical and statistical analysis
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
• Strong knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools
• Tools: Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Stream Analytics, Data Lake Analytics, HDInsight
