Compliance Analyst

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Analyst to monitor adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves assessing risks, conducting audits, and supporting training to mitigate compliance issues.

• Research regulations, evaluate internal policies, and identify compliance gaps.
  

• Conduct audits, monitor transactions, and prepare detailed reports for management.
  

• Develop and update compliance procedures, training programs, and documentation.
  

• Liaise with regulators, respond to inquiries, and manage corrective actions.
  

• Track changes in laws, ensure data security, and advise on ethical practices.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field; compliance certification preferred.
  

• 2+ years in compliance, risk, or audit roles; knowledge of industry regulations.
  

• Proficiency in compliance software and MS Office; strong analytical skills.
  

• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  

• Experience with regulatory filings or risk assessments.
  

• Ability to train staff and handle confidential information.
  

• Expertise in regulatory landscapes and risk management.
  

• Advancement to senior compliance or manager positions.
