Our client, is looking for a Scrum Master, for a hybrid long term contract

Support the migration of complex clients to a new digital banking platform while enabling efficient and high-quality IT delivery through strong agile execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master for assigned agile squads
  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum and agile best practices
  • Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
  • Partner with Product Owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders on priorities and outcomes
  • Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement
  • Track delivery metrics and report on squad performance

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master in large, complex agile environments
  • Proven team leadership and coaching experience at the Manager level
  • Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong delivery, risk, and dependency management experience
  • Scrum Master certification required
