Your role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will take technical ownership of strategic AI initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining intelligent systems and integrating them into modern software ecosystems. You will develop scalable, production-grade AI solutions, such as LLM-based assistants and RAG systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business goals into technical reality.

Must-have requirements

• Strong Seniority: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, preferably in fast-paced scaleup or product environments.
• AI & LLM Integration: Proven experience in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments (e.g., Claude/Anthropic, OpenAI API, prompt engineering).
• RAG & Vector Databases: Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and working with vector databases.
• Hands-on Coding & Architecture: You are a builder at heart. You excel at creating production-grade code across the backend and cloud infrastructure.
• Full-stack Understanding: Experience with modern web development (e.g., React, Node.js, or Python frameworks) and architecting scalable systems.
• Security-First Mindset: Ability to design for high security, data privacy, and modern compliance standards.

Good-to-have

• Agentic AI & LangChain: Experience building AI agents and utilizing frameworks like LangChain or similar libraries.
• Technical Leadership: Experience taking ownership of technical decisions and guiding teams through deep AI integration.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services.
• Data Engineering: Familiarity with data pipelines and general data processing workflows.
