About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable recommendations to support our strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
2. Coordinate with internal Business teams (Sales, Account Management, Finance) to address disputes, clarify billing issues, and unblock overdue payments.
3. Develop and implement strategies to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and reduce bad debt exposure.
4. Develop and implement statistical models to support forecasting, predictive analytics, and optimization
5. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Leadership based on data analysis.
6. Proactively surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities using data-backed narratives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
2. 2 - 4 years of experience in data analysis with exceptional analytical skills with experience in reporting, MIS, and performance tracking.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
