Senior Data Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Specialist in Financial Modeling to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced financial models supporting strategic, operational, and capital planning initiatives across our hospital system.

The candidate is expected to have advanced Excel and financial analytics expertise (VBA, Power BI, or equivalent tools preferred), preferably strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle processes, and in financial modeling, preferably within a hospital or integrated health system.

The role will support in service line profitability analysis and in scenario modeling for capital investments, facility expansion, and program development, financial impact analysis for new clinical programs and strategic initiatives. The candidate is expected to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and to contribute in standardizing modeling methodologies and establishing best practices across the organization.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology (IT) OR Engineering

Experience

8 years’ experience in data management out of which 4 years in healthcare related field
