Job Summary
Along with the Head of Corporate Liabilities, Wholesale Banking work on Business Transformation objectives to achieve SBU goals especially in the following areas:

Other Accountabilities
Along with the Head of Corporate Liabilities, Wholesale Banking work on Business Transformation objectives to achieve SBU goals especially in the following areas:
- Process transformation initiatives through digitisation across segments for achieving business targets, customer promise enhancement, complaints management, enhancing UI/UX to a better client experience, improved corporate earnings and compliance.
- Constantly identifying opportunities for transformation e.g. existing manual processes and reports, preparing detailed business requirements in coordination with project teams, IT teams, Risk, Operations and various business teams, timely delivery on initiatives
- Write detailed Business Requirement Documents after working with all internal and external stakeholders and identify best in class requirements through regular competitive analysis. Ensure timely execution of projects, coordination with all stakeholders, UAT and Post Production Verification, in conjunction with IT and PMO teams
- Manage effective roll out and maintenance of new processes/initiatives
An eye for detail, efficiency, 100% accuracy and timely delivery of tasks is extremely critical to the role
Other Accountabilities
- Bachelor degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics)
- Strong excel and analytical skills (Data Warehouse and Analytical tools experience is good to have)
- Project Management
- 3 years working experinace in Corporate banking
- Advanced English communication skills – verbal and written
- Advanced excel skills (VBA & macros, Advanced formulae etc.)
- Advanced MSOffice skills – PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, in Business-related major
