Are you an experienced Data Analyst who enjoys turning data into actionable insights? You join the Data & Analytics team at Sioen Apparel and play a key role in improving forecast accuracy and strengthening operational and strategic decision-making across the supply chain. You focus on two core areas. First, you enhance sales forecast quality by applying advanced AI/ML techniques in close collaboration with the Demand Planner. Second, you build robust Power BI reporting solutions that deliver consistent, reliable, and accurate Supply Chain KPI dashboards. These dashboards support both strategic and operational management.


What you do

Forecast Optimization (AI/ML)

  • Collaborate with the Demand Planner to analyze historical sales data and identify patterns.
  • Design and implement AI/ML models to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
  • Continuously monitor and refine predictive models based on performance metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to support demand planning and inventory optimization.

Supply Chain KPI Reporting (Power BI)

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design automated data workflows and provide input for integrating multiple data sources to enable real-time visibility.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver solutions that enable informed decision-making.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support decision making process.


Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analytics within supply chain or similar environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques (Python, R, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
