About the Role

The Product Manager identifies customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into reality. The role is responsible for setting the product roadmap and vision, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful end-to-end product rollout.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Set and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Position new products in line with customer demands and market trends.
• Stakeholder Management
• Align stakeholders around the product vision and strategy.
• Deliver technical information on new and updated products to relevant teams.
• Foster a shared understanding across larger teams to empower independent decision-making.
• Product Delivery
• Lead the end-to-end rollout of products and features.
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of product initiatives.
• Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Customer Focus
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving customer problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product management or related roles within a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products or platforms.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Additional Responsibility: Organization-Level Tech Event Management.
