Flalingo is an innovative language learning platform that develops AI-powered language learning solutions. By offering one-on-one online lessons with real teachers, we make language learning personal and effective.

We are looking for a team member who will strengthen our operations, manage business processes end-to-end, and work closely with the management team to bring projects to life.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, strategy, and operations. You will work directly with the CEO and CTO to drive key business metrics, optimize internal systems, and lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

Growth & Performance

• Analyze acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor and improve key business KPIs such as conversion rate, CAC, LTV, retention, and operational efficiency
• Design and execute growth experiments (funnel optimizations, A/B tests, pricing tests, retention initiatives, etc.)
• Build dashboards and performance tracking systems to enable data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion and user experience
• Research and evaluate new growth channels, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
  
  

Operations & Strategy

• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
• Develop scalable internal systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Translate business needs into clear documentation and requirements for product and tech teams
• Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement structured solutions
• Prepare performance reports and strategic insights for the management team
• Support market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth, business operations, strategy, consulting, or startup roles
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
• Experience with funnel analysis, KPI tracking, or growth experimentation
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
