DATA ANALYST

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has several years of experience working with data, strong analytical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role bridges business needs and data, ensuring that accurate, meaningful information drives strategic and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability;
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business performance tracking;
• Translate business questions into data queries and analytical solutions;
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and KPIs;
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support decision-making;
• Identify data quality issues and recommend process improvements;
• Support the development and maintenance of data models and databases;
• Document methodologies, processes, and definitions for reporting consistency;
• Ensure compliance with data governance and data protection standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field;
• 2–5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role;
• Strong knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar);
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
• Experience working with large datasets and databases;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and structured way;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis;
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts;
• Experience with ETL processes;
• Familiarity with statistical methods and forecasting.
