Key Responsibilities
Network and Security Infrastructure
- Install and configure solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN/SASE solutions, load balancers, web/mail filtering gateways, Wi-Fi, MFA, and WAF.
- Manage operations and ensure business continuity by troubleshooting incidents, resolving issues, and managing changes (primarily Level 2/3 support).
- Contribute to technical projects and infrastructure design to enhance network and security systems.
- Manage and ensure continuity of network security equipment, including VPN (SSL and IPsec), MPLS, proxies (antivirus, URL filtering), and firewalls.
- Perform platform configuration audits and Wi-Fi coverage audits to maintain optimal performance.
- Work closely with the Network Security team to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Assist with audits, diagnostics, and proofs of concept (POCs) to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Network and Security Engineer.
- Expertise in LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, VMware, and security standards and protocols.
- Fluent in French for daily communication and English for international collaboration.
- Autonomy, rigor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team of skilled security experts.
- Commitment to learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
