Endpoint Management Specialist (Intune & SCCM)
Ergo are seeking an Endpoint Management Specialist for a permanent role. In this exciting and challenging role you will join a high-performing team to carry out the implementation and support for enterprise customers.
The successful candidate should have strong experience in both Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly SCCM) and Intune.

This is a hybrid role based in our Cork, Limerick, Dublin or Belfast office.

What will you do?
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager environments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using modern management principles.
- Develop and maintain device compliance, configuration, and security policies.
- Oversee application deployment, updates, and patch management across all managed endpoints
- Implement and enforce endpoint security baselines, conditional access policies, and Zero Trust-aligned controls.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure device posture meets organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities through integrated tools such as Defender for Endpoint.
- Create and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell preferred) to streamline endpoint operations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to device enrollment, policy application, software deployment, and patching.
- Contribute to endpoint management strategy, roadmap planning, and modernization initiatives.
What do you need?
- 5+ years' in a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise device environments.
- Expertise in Windows client management, MDM/MAM, Autopilot, patch management, and compliance policies.
- Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and identity-driven security.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Defender for Endpoint or similar endpoint security platforms.
