You combine technical understanding with commercial drive and know how to turn market opportunities into profitable growth.

Your Impact

• Develop and execute portfolio strategy for Polymers in the WEST region
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage pricing strategy
• Identify new product and market opportunities
• Support Sales with technical and commercial expertise
• Drive new product introductions and portfolio expansion
• Act as the key link between suppliers, sales, and customers

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or similar)
• 3–5 years’ experience in polymers, chemicals or distribution
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
• Fluent in English & French; Dutch is a plus
