£45,000 - £70,000 | Bonus Scheme | 25 days holiday + bank holidays

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a growing, purpose-driven organisation within the Health Care and Construction sector. This is a confidential appointment supporting the Company Director and leadership team in a pivotal, high-impact role at the heart of the business.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and highly capable EA who thrives in a professional and respectful working environment and enjoys guiding and supporting a team to achieve excellence. You will join a dynamic, friendly, and collaborative team where your contribution is genuinely valued, and where systems, structure, and culture matter.

The Role

This is far more than traditional diary management. As Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted right hand to the Director — ensuring seamless operations, financial accuracy and consistent delivery across the business.

You will:

  • Optimise and manage complex diaries, meetings and travel
  • Coordinate executive communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, briefing packs and presentations
  • Record actions and ensure follow-through across the team
  • Maintain a highly organised, prioritised inbox
  • Oversee financial administration including purchase orders, invoice approvals, payment coordination and monthly reporting
  • Support project teams with raising, tracking and reconciling invoices
  • Take ownership of office operations including facilities, suppliers and equipment
  • Design, document and continually improve systems and filing structures
  • Ensure adherence to company management systems and QHSES standards

Success in this role will be measured by accuracy, action completion, financial precision and your ability to bring calm structure to a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years' experience in a similar C-Suite level EA role
  • Strong bookkeeping or financial oversight experience
  • Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgement
  • Discretion, confidentiality and emotional intelligence
  • The confidence to guide and support colleagues while fostering positive working relationships
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

Experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous, though not essential.

Above all, you embody values of being hungry, humble, and smart — driven yet grounded, confident yet collaborative.

Benefits

  • Supportive, professional and respectful culture
  • Dynamic, friendly and high-performing team
  • Central London location (Westminster)
  • Monday-Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm
  • Competitive salary £45,000 - £70,000 with bonus potential

If you are passionate about operational excellence, enjoy being the backbone of a leadership team, and want to contribute meaningfully within a growing organisation, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
