Senior Data Analyst (DWH)

We are seeking a Middle+/Senior Data Analyst to drive the improvement of our product ecosystem.

You will be responsible for analyzing user flows to optimize conversion funnels, uncovering scalable growth opportunities, and bridging the gap between business and tech by defining precise data collection requirements.

Competencies / Technical Stack:

Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (Client/Server Side), Firebase, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Hotjar, A/B testing, SQL (BigQuery), Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib), Tableau, Metabase, Google Consent mode, event-based analytics, data validation, conversion funnel analysis, technical documentation.

Must-haves:

• At least 3 years of experience in data and web analytics;
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile analytics tools, including:

- Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) (Client/Server Side);

- Firebase for mobile traffic analysis;

- Appsflyer, Amplitude, Hotjar for tracking acquisition channels and user behavior;

- Google Consent mode;

• Hands-on experience in A/B testing and analyzing test results;
• Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and analysis, experience working with BigQuery or other data warehouses;
• Experience with Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib) for data processing and analysis;
• Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase);
• Ability to define technical requirements for developers to ensure proper analytics setup and data collection;
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets and derive insights based on statistical analysis;
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher (ability to communicate with international teams, document analysis, and reporting).

Nice to haves:

• Understanding of machine learning principles and predictive user behavior models.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end user behavior analysis across web and mobile platforms, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights;
• Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel, uncover weak points, and suggest optimizations;
• Launch and analyze A/B tests, validating product hypotheses based on data;
• Define clear technical requirements for developers regarding event-based analytics and data collection;
• Setup website and mobile app events;
• Work with product analytics tools to assess user engagement and the effectiveness of platform changes;
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Metabase);
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure high-quality analysis and data-driven decision-making.
