Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Development: Contribute to all phases of software development, including architecture, design, estimation, development, testing, and release.
- Coding & Debugging: Write, debug, and maintain high-quality code while also developing automated tests to ensure software reliability.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with product owners, software architects, and fellow engineers to transform high-level requirements into functional product enhancements, delivering value to customers incrementally.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in development processes and deliverables, enhancing the team's overall efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Production Support: Monitor large-scale production applications, ensuring stability, and contribute to deployment, infrastructure design, and maintenance.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 7 years of development experience.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive experience in Java programming languages.
- Expertise in Microservices, API development, and RESTful services.
- Proficient in writing unit and integration tests to ensure quality deliverables.
- Experience using Terraform to build infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AWS technologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
