💰 €2,500–€5,000 gross

🕒 Full-time

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Python Backend Engineer who enjoys working close to the data, improving production systems, and taking ownership.

🔷 What you’ll do

• Own database optimization and evolve data models

• Improve and maintain data processing pipelines

• Design, build, and maintain backend APIs (REST & GraphQL)

• Maintain and improve existing backend services

• Build data-driven features with engineers and data analysts

• Take responsibility for performance, reliability, and maintainability

🔷 What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of backend development experience

• Strong Python skills in production environments

• Solid SQL experience (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Comfortable working with existing codebases

• Strong ownership and responsibility mindset

🔷 Nice to have

• API design experience

• Interest or experience with LLMs / NLP

• Using tools like Claude in daily development

• Familiarity with Jira / Confluence

• Startup mindset
