Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and confident Project Manager with exceptional communication skills. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and progress using ClickUp
• Maintain clear documentation and organized workflows in Google Drive
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Lead meetings, provide updates, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and resolve project challenges quickly and efficiently
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with ClickUp and Google Workspace
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Presentable, confident, and results-focused professional
