UI/UX Designer

Part of a dedicated team of UI/UX designers supporting multiple platforms across the organization. The role involves gathering and documenting UX conceptual requirements and translating them into clear design definitions. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, mockups, and Figma Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi designs. The position also requires close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers to share knowledge, enhance user experience standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of an efficient and scalable design system.

Technology Stack:

• Figma
• Accessibility, USA (ADA y 508) y EU (EAA) regulations and VPAT generation

What you'll bring to us:

• +5 years of experience as a professional UX/UI Designer.
• Strong experience in Accessibility: the candidate should be familiar with USA (ADA y 508) y EU (EAA) regulations and VPAT generation
• Experience creating pixel-perfect clickable prototypes in Figma. Using components from pre-existing Figma libraries is a plus.
• Experience with Interaction Design
• Experience gathering and documenting UX Design requirements.
• Experience working as UX Designer for Tech products in financial domains.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
