About the role

We are seeking an IT & ERP Specialist to manage, code, and maintain company's internal ERP system. The successful candidate will become the subject-matter expert on ERP and data-related topics, interacting with employees, managers, and external providers as needed. This role requires hands-on development, customization, and continuous improvement of our ERP environment.

What you will be doing

• Manage all ERP environments, including operations, enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, and change management
• Develop new code, customize programs, and extract information from the ERP system
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for ERP and data-related topics, providing guidance and support to employees and management
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless ERP functionality
• Implement continuous service improvements, including system upgrades and updates
• Write and maintain customized programs, scripts, and systems configurations
• Build and maintain comprehensive systems and process documentation and reports

What sets you up for success:

• Experience with ERP systems development/ implementation or maintenance, MS Dynamics or Axapta preferably
• Experience with databases (SQL or similar) with scripting or sequencing skills
• Experience with one of the following technologies: C/C++/C#, X++, or ERP development tools
• Proficiency in web technologies (.NET technology preferred), ASP.NET, and web development tools/languages

You are interested in the tech industry trends and willing to implement best practices and innovation in order to improve existing IT/ ERP solutions

you have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
