Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, build reports and dashboards, and help optimize business performance across departments.

Key Resonsiblities

• Gather data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing platforms, databases, spreadsheets).
• Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure consistent data tracking and reporting standards.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to support marketing, sales, and operational decisions.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports.
• Present weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight variances with recommendations.
• Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Track data accuracy within CRM systems.
• Ensure proper reporting of lead sources, entity sources, and sales stages.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from management.
• Provide data-backed recommendations for business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying preferred.
• Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
