Job Title: Senior UI Designer
Job Summary: A UI Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces. This role involves collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a seamless user experience. The Senior UI Designer will also mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate design concepts.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior UI designers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 6 years of experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
