Mandatory Skills :

• Strong experience in Python

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes

• Solid Cloud architecture experience

• Good understanding of networking and cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for backend and data engineering activities

• Mentor and coach developers to support continuous skills development

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality practices, and security guidelines

• Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of microservices-based systems

• Guarantee robustness, reliability, maintainability, and performance of critical backend components

Product & Engineering Delivery

• Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders

• Design system and service architectures for trading applications

• Break down work, plan tasks, supervise and support team members throughout delivery

• Build, optimize, document, deploy, and maintain backend and data-driven components

• Provide user support and monitor deliverables after release to ensure stable operations

Required Experience

• • Senior-level experience in service coordination and team leadership

• Proven experience in training and mentoring teams

• Experience within Digital Workplace Services environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle escalations and complex customer situations
