🚀 Freelance Mission | Mobile Automation Tester | Belgium

We're looking for an experienced Mobile Automation Tester (freelance) to join a large-scale Agile transformation within one of Belgium's leading financial institutions.

You'll be embedded in a cross-functional squad with end-to-end ownership of digital products — working on both mobile front-end (iOS & Android) and cloud-based back-end. A mission with real depth, not just script maintenance.

What you'll be doing: → Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts (Appium, Selenium-Java, Cucumber/BDD) → Build and execute test plans for functional & non-functional testing on real and virtual devices → Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git) → Collaborate closely with developers to prioritize and expand test coverage → Contribute to the squad's continuous improvement — technically and culturally

Your profile: ✔ 6+ years of relevant experience in test automation ✔ Strong hands-on skills: Appium, Selenium-Java, BDD/Gherkin, TestNG, Git, Jenkins, Maven ✔ ISTQB knowledge appreciated — Perfecto is a nice-to-have ✔ Agile/Scrum mindset, not just the theory ✔ Fluent in English (French or Dutch a plus) ✔ Bachelor or Master in IT/Computer Science, or equivalent by experience

This is a mid/long-term mission with a solid onboarding and a team that actually values knowledge sharing and collaboration.
