Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Frontend Developer to build and maintain user-facing applications for our fintech platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces. You will be responsible for translating design systems into functional components, integrating with backend APIs, and ensuring seamless data flow. Your work will directly impact the user experience, making complex financial data intuitive and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Develop, build, and maintain scalable frontend/mobile applications using modern frameworks like Expo and React-Native.
• Integration: Work with design and backend teams to implement UI/UX designs and integrate APIs.
• Performance: Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and compatibility.
• Quality: Participate in code reviews, follow agreed engineering standards, and debug production issues.
• Delivery: Break down tasks, estimate effort, and deliver in weekly cycles while communicating progress clearly.
  
  

Tech Stack

Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript.

Frontend/Mobile: React Native, Expo, Tamagui, Zustand.

Version Control & PM: Git, GitHub, and Monday.com.

Bonus: Knowledge of Node.js or blockchain technology (EVM, L2 chains, ethers.js, viem).

Requirements

• Mid-advanced experience with React Native and Expo (Bare and Managed Workflows).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
