As we align with the Qatar National Vision 2030 and the country’s rapid digital acceleration, we are looking for a high-performing Project Manager based in Doha. You will lead our local technical deployments, ensuring our AI solutions empower the nation's leading government and private sector entities.

This is a high-impact role for a professional with 3–6 years of experience who excels in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be at the helm of AI-centric projects that are redefining the local labor market, including:

• Digital Agenda 2030 Rollouts: Managing the lifecycle of AI-driven features for Qatar’s top enterprises.
• Infrastructure Integrations: Coordinating API syncs with regional cloud providers and local data centers.
• Operational Excellence: Streamlining internal delivery workflows to meet the high standards of the Qatari market.
• Strategic Roadmap: Ensuring technical sprints align with the specific talent needs of the energy, finance, and sports-tech sectors in Qatar.

• End-to-End Delivery: Plan and execute project timelines using Agile methodologies, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Local Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Qatari clients, engineering teams, and global leadership.
• Strategic Documentation: Maintain precise project scopes, risk assessments, and executive-level performance dashboards.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical or operational bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
• Executive Communication: Lead sprint reviews and provide concise progress updates to the international executive team.

• Experience: 3–6 years as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in the Tech, SaaS, or Digital Transformation space.
• Communication: Native or bilingual proficiency in English/Arabic is not essential, but good to have.
• Mindset: Proactive and highly organized. You thrive in "scale-up" environments where you help define the roadmap.
• Tech Stack: Expert proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Slack.
• Cultural Adaptability: Experience working with multicultural, distributed teams and a deep understanding of the Qatar business landscape.
