  • Conduct root cause analysis for outages/performance degradation and implement preventative measures and long-term fixes
  • Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, alerting, automation, and network reliability practices

What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise network equipment: Cisco, Juniper, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across layers (L2–L7), with a track record of performance optimization and stability improvements
  • Experience supporting hybrid network environments with secure connectivity and consistent policy enforcement

Cloud & Tooling

  • Working knowledge of cloud networking concepts in AWS, Azure, or GCP (VPC/VNet design, security groups, routing, peering/VPN connectivity)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and incident management practices (tool specifics flexible)
