We're looking for data analysts in Stockholm or Gothenburg to start during April-August, 2026. This position is perfect for data analysts that can work independently and are eager to learn from fellow analyst colleagues.
About Conversionista
Conversionista is part of Eidra, and we specialize in helping businesses understand their data and make better decisions. Beyond analytics, we also help businesses improve their websites and digital experiences to achieve better results - whether that's more sales, sign-ups, or user engagement. We also work with user experience research and digital strategy.
Our insights team combines different approaches to get the full picture, we triangulate findings from both qualitative and quantitative research, drawing from multiple data sources to ensure robust conclusions.
Our analytics work focuses on:
- Data analytics - Working with raw data to understand behavior patterns and customer journeys
- Data preparation and analytics engineering - Transforming tables and datasets for dashboards and analysis
- Experimentation - Conducting A/B tests and other controlled experiments to measure business impact
- Statistical analysis - Applying hypothesis testing and statistical methods to validate findings
- Experiment modeling - Modeling experiment results and metrics to quantify business impact
- KPI tracking and business metrics - Monitoring performance indicators that matter to business success
- Ad-hoc analysis - Answering specific business questions through data exploration
We work extensively with web data, including Google Analytics exports in BigQuery. Understanding how events are tracked online is a major advantage in this role.
What we don't do: We don't build predictive models, machine learning algorithms, or complex AI systems. Our focus is on understanding what happened and why, not predicting what will happen.
